Decorrerá a 13 e 14 de Novembro a 4a. edição deste Festival que este ano se realiza num novo local (Camera, 1028 Queen Street West).
O Instituto Camões associou-se ao evento mediante a cedência de quatro obras que serão projectadas ao longo do fim de semana.
Os cinéfilos poderão assim ver naquelas datas, entre outras, as obras "Dot.com" de Luis Galvão Teles (2006), "China-China" de João Pedro Rodrigues e João Rui Guerra da Mota, "Good Night Irene" de Paulo Marinou Blanco e "Antes de Amanhã" de Gonçalo Galvão Teles, estas últimas de 2007.

TIPFFest operates as a non-for-profit organization. Its goals are to diversify the face of the media arts community in Toronto by screening cinematic works that promote Luso-Descendant language and culture. In its inaugural year, TIPFFest screened the highest concentration and most diverse selection of Luso-Descendant films ever screened in Toronto via the National Film Board of Canada. Since 2006 TIPFFest has supported local and international filmmakers while giving them a platform to showcase their works in Toronto.
